About
I have been successful in the past with all manner of clients through many different settings – male, female, transgender, heterosexual, LGBTQ+, in inpatient, outpatient, technician, assessment, or even consulting settings. I also really enjoy working with teens and adolescents, since early brain-based interventions help everyone succeed even more in their lifetime. I find that my personality and style seem to fit best with clients who feel they are trapped in a negative routine, have no one with which to talk, or no way out of the situation from which they suffer.
I tend to focus on the present with the aim to relive suffering as soon as possible. I prefer empirically-based interventions which are client-centered, solution-focused, and based in psychology and neurology. What this means for you is that I balance the art and science to meet you where you are and to work with your brain and functioning.
I am a USMC OIF veteran with diverse clinical experience. My drive is to relieve suffering in the quickest manner for as many people as possible. I try to act as a mentor or teacher to my clients, brining my diverse knowledge, training, education, and life experiences into my sessions. This helps often helps my clients feel comfort and hope!
