My goal and privilege as a therapist is to assist others in improving all aspects of their lives. I believe in the innate capacity of the human spirit to overcome adversity and experience healing. I employ a variety of approaches depending on your needs, and tailor a treatment plan to assist you on this journey. While trained and teaching a variety of interventions and therapies, I specialize in trauma therapy (specifically EMDR Therapy), relationship counseling, and short-term solution-focused work.

My main focus is trauma and PTSD. My secondary focus is on Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome and Parental Alienation. I also do a lot of work with anxiety (social and generalized), addictions, depression, abuse (of all kinds). These are often tied to my two main focuses. I have a lot of experience working with military personnel and veterans.

Our highly-trained and passionate staff consists of licensed psychologists, Dr. Phillip E. Morris, and Dr. Kristy Money, Dr. Sue Han, Dr. Martika Jones, and Licensed Professional Counselor Jennifer Deliganis, LPC-S and Dr. Twila Engeman. We have Unlicensed Dr. Vesha Wallace and Dr. Michelle McNally. We provide psychological testing, neuropsychological evaluations, and consultation services. We are currently not accepting new clients for counseling services.

My passion is to help my clients develop a deeply understanding relationship to themselves, and by extension, to others. It is a healing journey for all of us. Consultation is specifically to treatment placement support for families who have adult children with dual-diagnosis and personality disorders.

I respect someone that can voice their truest thoughts/feelings/and behaviors because I will be equally direct with my identification of distortions in their thoughts and actions. I am a Licensed Psychologist in Texas (in person & virtual sessions) & Illinois (virtual only sessions) providing short and long-term therapy to adults (ages 18 and up). I have worked with individuals from all ranges of life including varying socio-economic status and different stages of life in settings like college counseling centers, community mental health, and forensic detention facilities.
