Welcome to SpringWell Group! My name is Dr. Martinez & I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist offering comprehensive psychological testing, including Court-related evaluations. I also provide relational-focused therapy from a trauma-informed & attachment-based foundation that views secure relationship & interpersonal connection as central to healing and growth. I believe people have an innate need to be seen & are capable of remarkable growth, & that with caring support they can flourish in even the most difficult times. I enjoy working with individuals and couples who are suffering from the effects of trauma and attachment wounds. I love joining with families and children who are facing behavioral challenges and helping them to grieve, problem-solve, and begin enjoying each other again. My experience as an in-home therapist and clinical supervisor for children who are at risk of being removed from their home has given me a wealth of experience and tools to share with families and I am willing to coach parents and children in the home when needed.

I have been helping others: Special needs, Relational, Behavioral, A&D, Elderly, and Children as a C.N.A., Foster mother, Care giver, Activity Director, and as a Therapist during my adult life. I have 10 grandchildren, and 4 are special needs children. I have several years experience providing Couples/Marriage, Family, and Behavioral and Mental therapy; and am eclectic in my use of modalities. I am an author with Good News and multiple other psychology sites. Heal and Hope Counseling Services, LLC have 3-5 counselors of diverse backgrounds, cultures, languages, and specialties!!! Dr. Nancy Farris has over thirty years of experience motivating people to realize their human potential. She has graduate degrees in Clinical Psychology, is licensed to practice in several states and holds a Ph.D.

I am a holistic integrative wellness practitioner. I specialize in helping clients struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma. I particularly love helping those individuals who may be struggling with low self-esteem and self-worth.
