Licensed Professional Counselor, PhD, LPCMHSP, ADS
I believe that understanding our attachment style is one avenue to self-discovery. I use an integrative approach to help clients improve their connection with others and create a life of hope and purpose. My goal is to help clients improve their quality of life, increase self compassion, develop coping skills boundaries, decrease suffering, and improve body image. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families who struggle with relationships, chronic illness, stress, eating disorders/disordered eating, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, marital or family problems, grief and/or co-occurring disorders
My passion is to help people recognize their inner strength so that they can reach their goals. I believe that by finding the intrinsic power that is within all of us we can experience renewed hope and motivation. I believe strongly in the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I work with clients to become aware of this connection and learn how to take control over their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in the process. I use a person centered approach to work together with my clients to achieve their treatment goals.
Life is filled with difficult transitions . Allow me to work with you to overcome any obstacles holding you back. Often times, we believe we need to make huge changes or sacrifices in order to move forward. You can create simple changes very impactful to your immediate quality of life.

Accepting New Clients! Humans thrive when they feel safe, seen, and known. That is the environment I provide individuals and couples as the foundation for our work together exploring issues like relationship challenges, grief, anxiety, and depression. My goal is to assist my clients in finding hope and strength to create healthy, meaningful, and fulfilling paths more deeply connected to themselves and their relationships.
Hi! I'm glad you're here and applaud you for taking this step to feel better. It can be difficult to seek help and acknowledge when we are struggling, but the process can be so much easier with the help of an unbiased therapist. We might be a good fit if you are experiencing anxiety, uncertainty, and desire some compassionate support. I also enjoy working with couples to address negative communication patterns and to restore trust. I approach the therapeutic relationship as a team effort. Together, we will address your challenges and come up with workable solutions for your daily struggles.
I aspire to help people navigate through the changes of life. I meet my clients where they are and challenge them along the way. I help my clients embrace and acknowledge their feelings instead of avoiding them. I seek to create a safe and non-judgmental environment for my clients to express themselves, as well as learn healthy coping skills and boundaries. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who are motivated and committed to the process of healing, growth and self-exploration.

Sometimes we find ourselves feeling stuck and overwhelmed. Unfulfilling jobs and relationships, bad break-ups, trouble with loved ones, the stresses of family life weigh us down. Our Self gets lost in the messiness of being human. It’s exhausting. What if I told you, it doesn’t have to be this way? There is a lighter path. You can choose to come home to yourself. To Slow Down. Pause. Breathe. Explore. You can choose to know yourself and learn what you truly want.
Life can take turns that present difficult challenges. We experience those challenges in a number of different ways: difficulties adjusting to new circumstances, confusion in deciding on a career path, struggles in relationships, or coping with loss. Often we feel anxious, depressed, confused, or overwhelmed and need help dealing with feelings and problems that seem beyond our control. Help may come from friends, family members, or significant others, but in some cases help is needed from a trained professional. Therapy is a process that can help people identify more effective strategies both to cope with difficult situations and to achieve their goals.
My goal is to work with people from all different walks of life by empowering them to see that the tools they need to overcome their struggles are already within them. I specialize in working with touring professionals in the music industry who are facing the challenges of balancing life on the road and life at home, couples looking to find healthier communication and coping styles, individuals who are recovering from toxic relationships, and young adults who are struggling to find their identity. I offer individual, couples, and premarital counseling as well as Enneagram consulting, coaching, and typing.
Stacy Jagger serves as an understanding and compassionate guide as she helps women, children and families learn how to cope with and conquer the challenges they face. She is the architect of the 30 Day Blackout, a break from technology designed to bring parents and children closer together and unleash the natural creativity in all of us. A musician at heart, she designed Music with Mommie, a parent-child bonding class that utilizes instruments and play to facilitate connection. Stacy has spent the last several years of her career building Music City Family Therapy, her practice in Nashville, Tennessee.
Therapy can be such an expensive and time consuming process and one of the questions that are probably running through your mind is "How do I choose the right one?" I recently graduated with my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy but I have been helping others for the past 10 years. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space while with my clients. I am always encouraging personal growth and development and want you to become the best versions of yourself and with others.
Life is overwhelming sometimes, isn’t it? You might be experiencing loneliness or all-consuming fears. You feel a deep sadness and disappointment that life isn’t turning out how you’d hoped. Maybe you are in a situation where you feel stuck or confused. You want to figure out a way to move forward with your story and find joy again.
I am currently unable to take on any new patients as I am beyond capacity. I have received many calls and am honored to be chosen by people so bravely reaching out in their vulnerability to improve their mental health. It is not lost on me. I am sorry that I am unable to meet your needs at this time.
Fully booked at this time. Not accepting new clients. Albert Einstein once said "Children are our most valuable resource" and that is what drives my passion in working with young children and adolescents in therapy. As a parent, it can be difficult to know how and where to seek assistance when your child is struggling at school or at home. I can help your child in learning strategies so they can be their best self by targeting behavioral modification, social skill development, anxiety, depression, family issues, and major trauma.
At times we all experience difficulty adjusting to life changes, feeling trapped in negative relationships (self, family, peers, partner), challenged with low self confidence, lack of boundaries, low mood, and overwhelming anxiety. Or perhaps reenacting past traumas or learned patterns of dysfunction. If you are stuck and not moving forward, then I encourage you to pursue this next step. It is time for self care. With me you will experience a warm, welcoming, and safe environment. It is important that you feel comfortable and empowered throughout this growing process.
I enjoy working with adults and late adolescents by helping them find solutions to life's problems, helping to work through emotional pain, and helping them gain understanding. I believe that change can happen at any age. I enjoy teaching others to use new tools that will help them navigate life.
