Hello, My name is Kevin Crabtree. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of GA. I have 17 years of experience working as a therapist in a variety of setting from at-risk children and families in rural areas, federal and state prisoners, the foster care and juvenile justice system, and military service members and their families. For many years, I've worked mostly in a solution-focused model with clients who were struggling with adjustment issues of some kind. In the military, this often included moving or deployment/ reintegration. and the challenges this created in families/ marriages and friendships.

I work with a wide range of adolescents and adults, in particular those in the LGBTQIA community who are seeking to understand and accept themselves. This process involves self-discovery, understanding and self-acceptance. We can work together through issues such as shame, guilt, low self - esteem, school bullying, verbal/physical abuse, discrimination and the lack of family and societal support. We can also navigate possible conflicts of spirituality and personal values with sexual orientation/gender identity.

I'm a fully Licensed Professional Counselor in the States of Michigan and Georgia and a National Certified Counselor. I graduated from Oakland University with a Master of Arts in Counseling. I completed additional coursework at Oakland University leading an advanced specialization in Couples and Family Counseling. I enjoy working with couples and those seeking to improve their personal relationships with others.

I believe that life is a journey that causes us to have many experiences . Some joyful, some challenging, some very painful and disappointing. It is during these times that we need someone walk with us as we process these experiences. Justin is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and has been actively working in the Valdosta community for over five years. Justin is experienced in working with individuals, couples and families, helping them navigate many of life's obstacles, from individual needs to helping the entire family. While Justin works with all family structures, his primary specialty is helping families reach their teenager as they prepare to enter adulthood. I have experience work with clients dealing with, anxiety, depression. My area of specific focus is men's issues, Including fatherhood, life transitions, trauma, addiction, and stigma.
