Navigating through the many challenges that life gives us can feel overwhelming, especially when you feel alone and uncertain about how to cope. I am passionate about helping individuals find their own inner strength to cope with challenges, such as anxiety, chronic illness, depression, self-esteem, stress management, and life transitions. I also enjoy working with teenagers to navigate their way through school to overcome academic, emotional, and social challenges, as I understand how stressful school can feel. I aim to provide a non-judgmental, trustful, and collaborative space for discovery, empowerment, and growth.
