Taking that first step and asking for help can feel scary. Therefore, my approach to therapy begins by developing a trusting, reciprocal relationship with my clients. I believe trust is fostered through honesty, support, connection, acceptance, and understanding. The formation of this relationship is the agent of positive change. My goal is to work collaboratively with my clients to remove uncomfortable symptoms, alleviate emotional pain, increase self awareness, and promote personal growth and positive change. Ultimately, this will improve the quality of the lives of my clients and the quality of their relationships with others.
