Nichole Rader, LAPC Nichole Rader is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor in Georgia with more than three years of experience. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Counseling. Nichole strives to help each Individual and/or family be the best version they can be, whatever that might look like for them. She believes in treating everyone with dignity and respect and allows them to choose what they want to address and how they would like the process to go while providing numerous tools so they can decide what works best for them.

I am passionate about working with people who encounter stress & unwanted patterns of behavior that interfere with their individual, relational and career aspirations. In addition to my work with individuals who are facing distress from depression & anxiety, I have specific training & experience helping couples & partners dealing with relational distress resulting from problematic sexual behaviors, including facilitating therapeutic disclosures and leading betrayal trauma groups. I specialize in resolving trauma of all types, facilitating growth and self-actualization. I strive to improve quality of life and educate individuals, couples, and families on how to reach their goals.

I provide therapy to adults for a range of emotional and behavioral problems, including adjustment to life changes. My approach encourages individuals to pinpoint the patterns which may be causing them distress. We can then work together in a supportive environment as they identify the changes they want to make in order to have an emotionally healthy and rewarding life. I also perform evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults to determine cognitive ability, and emotional/personality issues (for example: learning disabilities, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, depression, anxiety, suitability for Bariatric surgery, etc.).

Lashley Raleigh is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia who has been practicing since 2013. She has an Undergraduate Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgia Southern University. Lashley's clinical specialties include working with mental health, and addictive disorders. She has experience working with clients who struggled with legal issues, grief and loss, mood disorders, anger management, personality disorders, and couples counseling. Additionally, she has extensive experience working with substance abuse in both residential and outpatient settings.
