I believe that life is a journey that causes us to have many experiences . Some joyful, some challenging, some very painful and disappointing. It is during these times that we need someone walk with us as we process these experiences. I would love opportunity to walk with you as we gain new perspectives and understandings from these events in life. I use a strength based, holistic and collaborative approach. I place priority upon developing and fostering positive therapeutic relationships with each client. Together we will explore where you've been, where you are now and where you would like to go.

For 30 years, I've assisted couples and individuals in strengthening their communication skills, resolve conflicts, address infidelity and reduce stress. I have also worked with men for the past 30 years with parenting, addressing men’s issues and relationship development. I also enjoy integrating Biblical principles in sessions for those who desire it.

For the past 25 years, my wife and I have had a select group of men and women walk with us as we built our family and our home. While their have been some challenges, they have helped us navigate through the tough and challenging times. I would be honored to be one of the persons you allow to walk with you. Fighting the Face of Anger

The Anger Management group helps participants reduces levels of anger especially in provocative situations. Participants will learn effective skills, concepts & techniques to stop escalation and to resolve conflicts. This group has (12) Modules include effective anger management skills, calming techniques, expressing negative emotion skills, stress and anxiety management, conflict resolution skills, and practical solutions. The groups are 1 hour per week, and is only $40 for the workbook and $45 a week. Groups start up at varying times throughout the year, so please reach out for details concerning dates.

The focuses of the group are personal growth, life changes & challenges, self-development. Personal development involves mental, physical, social, emotional, & spiritual growth that allows a person to live a productive & satisfying life. It involves the growth and enhancement of all aspects of a person. This includes the development of positive life skills and the development of a realistic and healthy self-esteem. The emphasis of the men’s group is the personal & spiritual growth of members. Group members will gain an understanding, vision, & perspective about their personal identity. This June summer group will focus on life challenges & processing through them.
