Eu trabalho com clientes motivados para crescer e se desenvolver psicologicamente. Esplorando formas de comunicacao, modos de lidar com dificuldades, traumas, mudancas, nos entramos juntos num caminho de recuperacao. Alguns problemas sao resolvidos mais rapidos, outros sao mais profundos e leva mais tempo. A minha filosofia e' no entanto respeitar o ritmo do meu/minha cliente e nao forcar o ritmo individual. Eu acredito que ser puxado demais cria mais trauma ou so' se encontra uma solucao temporaria, as vezes so' por um desejo de satisfazer o terapeuta. E quero que meus clientes aprendam a se ouvirem profundamente.

The client will determine the outcomes, and I guide the client to solutions through the discovery of the client's own resources. Therapy will allow the client to overcome painful experiences; therapy will empower the client to achieve his/her own healing. Life events shape us into who we are, but when it hurts, we know something must be changed. Then, it becomes very important not to be alone in our perspectives or pain.Therapy is an ongoing process of change. Senderos (or pathways), means the exploration of new ways to have a happier life. I have been practicing as therapist for more than ten years.

My passion lies in empowering clients to overcome obstacles and realize their full potential, whether addressing addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and/or trauma, I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for exploration and transformation. Through individual and group therapy modalities, I strive to foster resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful connections, guiding each individual towards a life of fulfillment and well-being.

Empowering your Self-Value! I am not here to tell you how to live your own life. I am here to help you see what you do to yourself; to assist you in finding answers to your questions, concerns, or problems; to help you discover how you block yourself consciously and/or unconsciously from being who you want to be. I want to help you put a stop to your self-destruction; to process any adverse events, traumatic experiences, addictions, psychosocial stressors, life changes and transitional challenges, grief, fear, emotional dysregulation, mood instability, behavioral problems, and mental health deterioration.

My sessions are provided in English and Portuguese via telehealth. Most of my clients are individuals who suffer from depression, anxiety, panic, obsessions and compulsions, co-dependency, and/or relationship issues. I started off helping people as clinical psychologist in Brazil, before becoming licensed in the US. I am passionate about diversity; working with individuals, couples and families. With more than 15 years of experience as a licensed counselor in Brazil and two years as an LPC - Associate in Texas, I possess fluency in both Portuguese and English, enabling me to communicate adeptly with diverse populations.
