I started off helping people as clinical psychologist in Brazil, before becoming licensed in the US. I am passionate about diversity; working with individuals, couples and families. I have worked in a variety of mental health settings locally and abroad (i.e., hospitals, outpatient rehabilitation clinics, and private practice) with adolescents, adults and seniors. Finding the right therapist is a challenging and courageous endeavor, and I personally meet with you to
help you decide. Then, on the first appointment hopefully you will feel heard, understood, and certain we are a good fit. I want to know your goals, and offer feedback and suggestions for going forward. Therapy with me is collaborative and a mutual, hopefully gratifying experience. I work with people with anxiety, depression, poor self image, interpersonal
social issues, relationship problems and co-morbid behavioral and physical health of all types are my areas of specialty. Therapy with my clients is individualized and tailored to their needs. Coordination of care with other treatment providers is welcomed by my clients. Daytime and evening appointments available Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 8:15 pm.
