I have over 15 years of experience. I help couples improve communication and create nurturing fulfilling relationships. In working with adults I have extensive experience in treating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, stress and anger management.
I have experience working with children with a variety of concerns including: behavioral issues, school issues, adjusting to divorce, trauma, anxiety, ADHD and life transitions. I believe that a collaborative approach often works best and often coordinate services with schools, doctors and other agencies when needed
