Therapy will allow the client to overcome painful experiences; therapy will empower the client to achieve his/her own healing. Life events shape us into who we are, but when it hurts, we know something must be changed. Then, it becomes very important not to be alone in our perspectives or pain.Therapy is an ongoing process of change. Senderos (or pathways), means the exploration of new ways to have a happier life. I have been practicing as therapist for more than ten years.
The preferred therapy is EMDR. EMDR is highly effective in deeply removing trauma effects. http://www.emdr.com/what-is-emdr/ The essions are conducted in English, Spanish or German. Gender and cultural issues are my strengths. I apply my professional skills and my experience to empathetically design treatment plans according to client's individual needs.
My preferred theoretical approaches are EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), which look at the connection between thoughts, and feelings; Reality Therapy, Choice Theory, Existential, Trans-Personal models, and Behavior Modification. Concepts techniques from other theories will be also integrated as needed.

Couples Dynamics
The group will discuss and deal with relationships Issues. Self exposure will be discrete. If there is a need for individual sessions, they can be scheduled. The cost for individual sessions is $100 and for couples is he same. If the group is more than 6 individuals, the cost is 30 dollars for each one.
