I like to adapt sessions to assist clients in identifying stressors, identify motivations, build support systems, and increase functioning. My goal is to establish a therapeutic relationship with each individual while striving to create a safe, non -judgmental space to foster the healing. We are looking for couples who want sessions from both a male and female perspective as my husband and I can provide sessions together through our couples package.

I am a native North Carolinian, having lived and worked here most all my life. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have practiced Social Work since 1988. I provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, adolescents, children and families. I received my Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) from NC State University in 1986. Through an advanced standing program at University of South Carolina in Columbia, I earned my Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) with an emphasis in Children and Families in 1988. I became licensed (LCSW) by the NC Certification and Licensure Board in 1993.
