I will collaborate with my clients in order to develop a suitable plan to began their healing process. I'll listen with an attentive ear and is impartial to all individuals. I believe everyone's story is important. I work with all ages; children, adolescents and adults. Whether it's learning how to deal with past issues or changing behaviors, my desire is to help clients see life in a new perspective.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor but I'm also certified as a Clinical Anxiety Treatment Specialist. I offer experience in counseling those who struggle with anxiety, depression, and grief. I am proficient in attention and mood disorders, relationship challenges, parenting and self esteem.
I believe life can be overwhelming and difficult moments can lead to negative outcomes for anyone. My passion is to assist those who strive to overcome the challenges they face. I believe that the skills an individual need will eventually become a part of their everyday lives.
