About
I use a collaborative approach of therapy. I find this method to be very effective in the treatment of my clients. My clients and I work together to achieve the desired goal, which has been proven to empower the individual. I ensure therapy is conducted in a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental environment. I believe everyone is capable of change and can overcome any life obstacle.
I work in private practice setting focusing on mental health and substance use. I have experience working with court mandated clients specifically parenting and DWI cases, children, adolescents and adults. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, adjustment issues, depression, self-esteem, grief, substance use and other mental health issues.
