I am especially passionate working with those struggling with self-worth, depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment, and parenting.
I am a therapist, but before that I am an imperfect person that has been on a continual healing journey herself. This therapist sees a therapist. My personal and professional experiences leave me with the knowledge that people have layers. I will sit with you in your emotions and peel back these layers with you. Feeling heard and seen in itself is healing.
