My clients look beyond the ordinary, knowing possibilities are endless and will be found with concerted effort and bravery. Keeping life fresh, free and filled with potential, elevates us all. When my clients depart they have renewed joy and gratitude because they are awakened to the gifts that were once just beyond their reach but now part their life scripts.
Thirty years strong, I work with individuals, families, children and couples in multiple venues. I practice integrative health as a brain enthusiast, international life coach, and telehealth provider. I am a Neurofeedback Specialist, Mindfulness trained, Internal Family Systems expert and my major is in PTSD/trauma. I also train compassion professionals.
We are not totally a product of our childhoods or of our genetics. Our brains have the ability to rewire themselves for opportunities and happiness. I know reliving trauma is unappealing, and telling secrets feels yucky too. So, rest assured I require neither and can still help with both.
