Licensed in both North and South Carolina! I have over 15 years of experience working with families and individuals who have various mental health and substance use concerns. I like to adapt sessions to assist clients in identifying stressors, identify motivations, build support systems, and increase functioning. I am an excellent communicator and client advocate, experienced at working with diverse age groups. My goal is to establish a therapeutic relationship with each individual while striving to create a safe, non -judgmental space to foster the healing.
I support women, expecting moms, moms/couples transitioning into parenthood, those who have experienced a traumatic birth, loss of a child, diagnosed with perinatal anxiety/mood disorders/postpartum or that struggle with fertility. Stress, past trauma, and major changes in life such as becoming a new parent can trigger a lot of anxiety and/or depression.
