Many things have changed in our world, and in my experience, there is a need for mental health treatment, perhaps, more than ever. Many people both children and adults describe experiencing the Covid time period as involving emotional hardship, social isolation, and for some, crisis of identity. In addition to the hardships of this period, at present there appears to be a continuation of various hardships, and a shortage of providers and resources for people seeking emotional support. My goal in working with all clients is to be a “keeper of hope.” I am passionate about helping people overcome challenges and improve self-worth.

Katherine has been working as a psychotherapist for over 21 years with children, teens and adults. As a therapist she helps her clients to not only heal but to thrive in life. I help couples work through marital conflicts and help them achieve a relationship based on trust, security, mutual empathy and deeper levels of connection. I also work with individuals struggling with histories of trauma such as sexual, physical or emotional abuse. In addition, I help men who struggle with compulsive sexual behaviors, anxieties, depression, and/or obsessive thoughts. I encourage clients to explore their past in order to identify patterns that are affecting their current relationships and personal goals. I provide a safe place to share personal struggles and work toward change. Upon request, I provide a Christian approach.

Dr. Brandon Santan is a licensed professional counselor and Ph.D. level therapist who considers himself a general mental health and relationship therapist. Dr. Santan specializes in anxiety issues, such as generalized anxiety, OCD, and phobias. Dr. Santan also specializes in addictions and relationship distress. Dr. Santan has a holistic and person-centered approach to counseling that relies on the CBT family of therapeutic modalities during treatment.

Sonya Coy is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a and has been providing therapy for 18 years. She uses a technique called Rapid Resolution Therapy which is a technique that is used to help clients resolve challenges they are facing rapidly. Some clients have had challenges resolved in one session. Others have seen amazing results in 1 to 6 sessions. This process is painless, which helps the client eliminate the emotional pain without reliving the traumatic or stressful event by telling the therapist over and over again. Clients are able to eliminate negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors which bring peace to the soul.
