Hey there, y'all! Welcome to my page. My name is Megan, and I'm from the country outside of Houston, TX. I live in the city now and began working inpatient in the Houston area in 2016. Primarily I have worked with adults with chronic mental illness, but I have experience with all types of clients. Brooks Psychology: Women's Wellness. The foundation of my therapeutic approach is a combination between Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy with an implementation of Creative Arts. My sessions are forward focused in which the treatment plan is focused on areas of growth.
