I am a first-generation immigrant that values the importance of the cultural values to guide my clients to a path of self healing. I enjoy working with late adolescents and adults who struggle with life challenges like trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. I assist and guide individuals to gain the skills using the tools that best fits their lifestyle to thrive in society.
I practice Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused. I am available in-person and Telehealth with day and evening hours.
