Our highly-trained and passionate staff consists of licensed psychologists, Dr. Phillip E. Morris, and Dr. Kristy Money, and Licensed Professional Counselor Jennifer Deliganis, LPC-S. We provide psychological testing, neuropsychological evaluations, and consultation services. We are currently not accepting new clients for counseling services.

Integra Psychological Services, PLLC is owned by clinical neuropsychologist Dr. Levi Armstrong. We provide compassionate psychological and neuropsychological testing / evaluation services for children, adolescents, and adults. We also provide individual, couples, and marriage/family therapy.

I am licensed in Texas with 5 years of professional counseling experience. I like to get to know my clients and understand the barriers they are experiencing and the outcomes they wish to manifest in their lives. I listen carefully about their experiences and look to help find positive solutions to their different life challenges. I am open to exploring any topics without passing judgement and implementing the most person-centered techniques that will lead to positive outcomes.

My main focus is trauma and PTSD. My secondary focus is on Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome and Parental Alienation. I also do a lot of work with anxiety (social and generalized), addictions, depression, abuse (of all kinds). These are often tied to my two main focuses. I have a lot of experience working with military personnel and veterans.

Mind Above, PLLC (Professional Limited Liability Company) is an outpatient mental health therapy practice that was founded in 2019 by Jeremy Fusco, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Texas and a U.S. Air Force Veteran. Fusco received his Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Southern California with a concentration in Mental Health and sub-concentration in Military and Veterans Services. Serving in many countries and theatre’s, Antwine encountered many different cultures, in various war-torn, under-developed, and impoverished communities. Earning his Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, his interest include other cultures, customs and traditions. His journey ignited his interest in multi-cultural counseling, community servanthood and an endeavor to bring Mental Healthcare to those who are in need of counseling services wherever he can.
