My specialization includes group therapy in areas of intimacy and addiction. I am specialized in dealing with moderate and more serious mental health issues especially anxiety, impulsivity, and depression.

With this belief, I decided to devote my time in achieving a doctorate degree in psychology from California School of Professional Psychology. I am a psychologist trained in clinical and forensic psychology. My training and experience have allowed me to develop clinical expertise in treatment modalities that are evidence based, such as CBT and ACT. I also have extensive training in the assessment of psychological concerns including diagnostic clarification and personality functioning.

My name is JacQue’ Timberlake (I prefer to be called Jay. I received my bachelor’s degree at Pittsburg State University in 2015. I received my master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Webster University in 2019. I am also currently achieving a doctorate in Forensic Psychology at Walden University.

My educational background includes an M.A. in Psychology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, and an M.A. in Forensic Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I am focused on providing compassionate and effective therapy tailored to each individual's needs. As a provider of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), I offer evidence-based approaches to address behavioral, anxiety, mood, and trauma-related disorders. I see individuals, couples and families. I have been a counselor since early 2000 and also began conducting psychological and neuropsychological assessments in 2005. My clients’ ages have ranged from 18 months of age all the way up to 82 years. I have worked extensively with a variety of population groups including sports athletes, law enforcement, domestic violence victims, sexual assault survivors, trauma victims, and traumatic brain injured clients as well. I provide many forms of court ordered evaluations for families in crisis. I am a certified trauma specialist. I also provide EMDR therapy. I hold BBA, Ph.D., CFMHE, & CCCE.
