I specialize in anxiety, stress management, self-esteem, confidence, imposter syndrome, work-life balance, toxic work environments, high-pressure, fatigue, ADHD, OCD, perfectionism, depression, making big decisions, change of life/transitions, overall wellness (healthy lifestyle & balance), career changes, and childhood trauma. Together, we focus on what matters the most so you can get back on track!
