About
Thank you for taking the time to invest in your mental health. I believe that one’s mental health is equally as important as physical health. With this belief, I decided to devote my time in achieving a doctorate degree in psychology from California School of Professional Psychology. I am a psychologist trained in clinical and forensic psychology. My training and experience have allowed me to develop clinical expertise in treatment modalities that are evidence based, such as CBT and ACT. I also have extensive training in the assessment of psychological concerns including diagnostic clarification and personality functioning.
I will take a collaborative approach with you as I believe that every person and experience is unique. My goal is to provide you with skills, insight, and a deeper understanding of yourself that will allow you to find joy. I value working in my community to improve awareness and acceptance of mental health in an effort to make our community stronger.
I subscribe to the belief that psychotherapy can improve troubling symptoms so that you may heal and function better. In my work with you, I hope to promote your wellness, and demonstrate respect and concern for your life and overall well-being. I choose to uphold acceptance, growth, and a heart towards healing in my daily practices.
