Our work is structured, evidence-informed, and deeply individualized, integrating Gottman, EFT, PACT, CBT/ACT, and EMDR.

ENL is a private-pay practice - not funded by insurance or government - so treatment stays confidential, independent, and client-centered. Teen DBT Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our Teen DBT Intensive Outpatient Program is designed for adolescents who need more support than weekly therapy. Meeting twice weekly for two-hour sessions, teens learn evidence-based skills in emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, and healthy decision-making in a supportive, trauma-informed environment. Ideal for teens struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, self-harm urges, school stress, or relationship challenges. Groups meet at Embrace New Life Counseling & Wellness, 25 Noble Court, Heath, TX. $75 per 2-hour session. Assessment required prior to enrollment. Limited spaces available.
