Counseling provides a means to healing. I specialize in treating clients who are at least 6 years old through adults. Children may face difficulties with anger management, bullying, physical aggression; difficulties in school, with peers or family members; and defiance. Issues for others may include but not limited to building coping skills for parenting, anxiety, depression, anger, grief, divorce/separation, teen pregnancy, domestic violence, physical/sexual abuse; sexual assault, P.T.S.D., relationship issues, communication skills, and conflict resolution. I work with youth and adults individually, as couples, and/or families.

Many of her clients are survivors of narcissistic parents, partners and societal values who experience a deep sense of loneliness, anxiety and depression and may find themselves in patterns of people pleasing & resentment. I specialize in providing therapy for adolescents and adults with ADHD and/or autism. My approach is rooted in understanding and addressing the unique challenges of neurodivergence, particularly in relation to unmet needs that often go unrecognized but profoundly impact well-being. These unmet needs may stem from differences in communication, social interaction, sensory processing, or executive functioning - and may show up as challenges in school, work settings, in relationships, or during parenting. However, I specialize in multicultural counseling specifically for Black and/or Indigenous girls & women with their healing, because I recognize and understand their needs, which is often unaddressed and misunderstood.
