I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, using various approaches such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution - Focused Brief Therapy, Feminist Theory, Mindfulness and Movement Therapy. Collaboration and empowerment are the core of successful therapeutic relationships.
I am a Trauma Informed Yoga teacher with 20 years of yoga teaching experience, and certified personal trainer. I practice an integrative approach bringing together mind, body and soul. I believe emotional pain can be healed by incorporating the physical body- words with action. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
