We're a network of specialized, licensed therapists in the Asheville area who have joined together to provide reasonably priced therapy (between $40 and $70 a session) to middle income individuals and couples. If you make between $25,000 and $100,000 annually our network is designed to meet your needs.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing self-esteem and relationship issues, relational trauma, that may cause increased stress and anxiety and depression. I have a great deal of experience working with military members and their families. I believe in taking a holistic approach tailored to exploring childhood and past experiences.

Starting therapy can be intimidating, but we promise that healing is possible. Urban Healing Counseling, PLLC is an innovative group psychotherapy practice. We provide outpatient counseling services for adults and teens. We also provide group therapy. We work with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and a wide range of other emotional and mental health issues. I am also a fully-trained EMDR clinician. I have over 20 years of professional clinical experience providing direct behavioral health services and educational/career counseling and parenting skills in private practice, educational institutions, and in the community. My approach to therapy is grounded in Adlerian theory with an emphasis on encouragement and improving relationships in our lives and with ourselves.
