I am a clinical psychologist providing therapy and assessment services in Scarsdale and Greenwich. I treat various conditions, such as depression, anxiety, behavioral problems, social anxiety, and school/work issues. I also focus on life transitions, whether that be a recent move, transition from college, changes in family dynamics, or changes in significant relationships. Furthermore, I have extensive experience in conducting psychological assessments. Therapeutically, I focus on developing teens and adults, where as I provide assessments for all ages.

Janine Elliott takes a collaborative approach to building relationships with clients that empower them to thrive in their relationships, school/workplace, and community. She uses evidence-based treatments including CBT, DBT, ERP and HRT to help reframe unhelpful behaviors and thoughts, increase emotional regulation, and improve resiliency. Janine received her MSW from Rutgers with a focus in family systems and attachment theory. She has also trained extensively with pioneers in the field at the Beck Institute, UPenn Department of Psychiatry, Center for Treatment and Study of Anxiety, and Minuchin Center for the Family.

I'm Helena Gage, a licensed clinical social worker, having earned my Masters in Social Work from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2018. With years of experience, I've supported adolescents and adults facing various mental health and substance use challenges, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and more. My approach involves meeting clients where they are in life and aiding them in achieving their treatment goals.

Haley provides evidence-based therapy for children, teens, and adults. She has had the opportunity to provide care in private practice, school, and medical settings. This array of experiences has fostered her ability to understand clients through a multi-disciplinary lens and draw upon a multitude of evidence-based treatments, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation, Prevention-Focused Care, Crisis Intervention, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Exposure and Response Prevention. She utilizes these therapies to target anxiety, stress, depression, OCD, trauma, and executive functioning deficits.

An ideal client for a mental health professional would be an individual with a mental health disorder such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, etc., who demonstrates the motivation to change and improve their well-being. This client should be committed to attending therapy sessions regularly, keeping appointments, and actively engaging in the therapeutic process to manage or overcome their diagnosis.

Lisa received her Master’s in Counseling at Montclair University. She’s worked in various positions in the field utilizing her counseling skills and innate problem solving abilities as a Guidance Counselor, a Crisis Counselor, Substance Abuse Counselor, and an In home counselor for the last 15 years where she has molded and guided at risk youth in crisis. Lisa holds certifications in: Eye Movement and Densitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy (Ct.H), National Board-Certified Counselor (NCC), Mind/Body Personal Trainer, Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor, and CANS certified SNA (NA/BPS).

I focus on working towards goals, having control over strong feelings, recognizing triggers and properly dealing with them, improving confidence, revisiting the past and heal from it, working on altering destructive behaviors, building relationship skills, and working towards rebuilding bonds with others. I hope people can forgive or accept themselves as they are, be empowered to face and overcome their challenges in their lives with confidence, change their lives, and cultivate a more meaningful life through effective and collaborative counseling.

An ideal client would be an adult, mental health/substance use disorder, with a desire to change. Family involvement is so important so I would hope they would have emphasis on that and willingness to have them involved. Ultimately I love when someone is internally driven to change, but as a therapist we meet the clients where they are. Internally motivated, externally motivated, and sometimes neither. I don't discriminate and am willing to help essentially anyone.
