Maintaining our mental health requires a holistic approach. One that includes taking care of not only our mind but our body as a whole. My clients are mostly adult males, 35 - 65 yrs old, struggling with anxiety , internal conflicts and existential issues. Usually they seek my services through the recommendation of a doctor, following a panic attack or a severe anxiety episode that led them to the hospital. Some experience their anxiety as a knot in the throat, problem breathing, racing heart, psychosomatic problems (physical discomfort), intrusive thoughts, sleep disturbance, a disconnect from loved ones.
