I provide a variety of counseling services including individual counseling, couple and family therapy, group counseling, psycho-education, bibliotherapy. I was trained to use the CBT, DBT, TBCT, positive psychology, and motivational Interviewing. I specialize in perfectionism, mental health challenges in immigrants, and in Christian counseling.
