I am a licensed clinical psychologist with experience treating adults, college students, adolescents, and children. I received my doctoral degree from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology and a masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. I completed my clinical training at the New York Center for Children, Columbia University Medical Center, and the Jewish Child Care Center.

Therapy can be a powerful tool for promoting change, healing and growth. The goal is to replace feelings of emptiness or symptoms of anxiety and depression with feelings of empowerment and overall emotional well-being. By fostering meaningful discussions, positive behaviors and healthy changes can be achieved. As a licensed clinical social worker, and licensed certified alcohol and drug counselor, I have more than 10 years’ experience working with a diverse population in the prevention, treatment and recovery support field for mental health and substance use disorders. I specialize in working with adults and older adults.

Crystal is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Certified and a Clinical Trauma Professional. She is also a Certified Clinical Supervisor for counselors and interns seeking supervision toward their LCADC/CADC. Crystal is passionate about a creating a nonjudgmental and comfortable space to be able to treat the whole person. Crystal has 10 years of experience working with individuals who struggle with addiction, trauma, and co-occurring disorders, as well as aiding their families and loved ones through the process.

I have spent my career helping individuals cope with issues that include, anxiety, depression, addiction and co-dependency. Gabriel likes working with co-occurring clients providing counseling, coaching, and advice to these populations using Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, CBT & DBT approaches. Most importantly, Gabriel likes to place his clients/patients first before everything, meet them where they are with patience, empathy, and non-judgment, and with good attending skills gradually walk with them to where they want to be.
