I am an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and currently accepting new supervisees. I also have an Indiana MFT license which allows me to virtually provide services for those living in the Hoosier state. I use The Gottman Method as an approach to couples therapy that includes a thorough assessment of the couple's relationship and integrates research-based interventions based on the Sound Relationship House Theory. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and their families.

Experience working with individuals and families and providing services at a hospital outpatient program, inpatient residential program, within the home, community, school and crisis intervention. As well I provided Clinical Care Coordination, Trainings, and Supervision. I have experience in helping client improve their symptoms of depression, anger, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, & helping parents learn how to motivate children to follow directions. I appreciate an individual's unique characteristics, and tailor my approach in therapy to each client's needs. My professional development has focused on helping adolescents/teenagers (ages 8 to 19) dealing with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, relationship issues, adjustment disorders, stress and self-esteem.
