I have over 25 years of experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment in a variety of settings. I specialize in brief solution focused cognitive behavioral therapy with a trauma informed context. Together we “listen to your life” and collaborate how you can live, be well, fulfilled and satisfied with yourself and with those in your life.
Ambivalence and indecision can look like many things: preoccupation, procrastination or boredom.
