Are you tired of your struggle with anxiety? Do you worry or obsess excessively? I specialize in providing treatment for anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), social anxiety, and phobias to children, teens, and adults. I also work with individuals who suffer from depression, tic-related disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and skin-picking disorder (excoriation). I specialize in using the gold standard treatment for OCD: exposure with response prevention (ERP). I specialize in using Acceptance & Commitment Therapy to treat OCD & the above-mentioned conditions.

I'm a co-owner of Reclaim Wellness Group, a specialty private practice. Prior to that, I was Associate Director of the Louisville OCD Clinic for 7 years. I've been a member of the International OCD Foundation since 2016. I specialize in treating all subtypes of OCD including contamination, harm, sexual themes, religious, etc. I also treat perfectionism.

I was a professional stand-up comedian for 10 years; my last show was the month prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. I value humor, genuineness, and kindness in my life. I enjoy spending time with my wife and five children. I'm a fan of progressive metal and horror films.
