Have you been struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, intimacy issues, or problems that don't go away? Collaborating with a therapist who can provide insight, guidance, and tools to uncover and develop your strengths can be the transformative factor you need. You deserve to live a happier, more satisfying life but unless you take the first step to solve your problems, they will never go away. If you are an individual, couple, or pod desiring to open your relationship or there is a need to address challenges encountered in a consensual non-monogamous relationship, I have the experience to help you navigate both.

Welcome! You are taking a brave step to seek help. My clients often come to me during a period of transition. They are going through some sort of life change that feels ungrounding. This could look like external changes, like relationships, loss or work stress, but it can also be an internal change, such as deciding to start a recovery path, or choosing to heal trauma. Community care is the key to a healthy world, and you don't have to go it alone.

I understand that sometimes we are just surviving rather than thriving. While in survival mode, we often rely on disordered eating possibly because of past traumas. This takes its toll on us physically and emotionally. Have you ever spent the majority of the day thinking about food or fearing your next meal? Maybe you have had a big transition in life, moved from home to college, ended a relationship or are now an empty nester. Do you try to avoid looking in the mirror? Do you feel helpless and hopeless? Do you self loathe and compare yourself to others? If you answered yes to any of the above questions, know that there is hope!

“When you do what feels hard, you learn that you have the ability to do hard things. You don’t just stumble upon courage, you cultivate it.” – Mel Robbins
I strive for all who enter my sessions to feel safe, valued, and heard, as I feel that these are the building blocks for personal discovery and growth. I work with individuals to process life challenges, changes, trauma, and to show up as the most healthy and genuine version of themselves. Our work together will be individualized to meet your personal goals and build on your strengths (or finding them if you are feeling unsure of what they are).
