I enjoy working with individuals 12 years and older from all walks of life. I practice a wide variety approaches and specialize in insight based methods such as Transactional Analysis and Gestalt Therapy as well as CBT and Behavioral methods. Trauma is another area I am well equipped, utilizing EMDR and exposure therapies.
