Welcome! We provide traditional and holistic healing for mind, body & spirit health. We work with individuals, couples, families & groups age 5 and up. The facility is located on a main street with free parking. This is a private practice with a private waiting room in a very comfortable & soothing setting. Look for the yellow house with raspberry trim. Hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. When you call, we will do a brief intake, verify your insurance benefits & schedule your first appointment. We do not have a waiting list and can schedule your first appointment within the same week.

I treat a broad range of issues among children through adults. I believe it is important to match a treatment approach with each individual's goals, personality, learning style, available supports, and core values. I also have a broad-based understanding of spirituality and contemplative approaches and am comfortable with integrating this into treatment when clients would like and as appropriate.

As we walk through different seasons of our lives, we may all need caring individuals that can offer interventions, help and/or support during our circumstances. Going further, I believe that we were innately created to be in covenant or relationship with our creator, our family or other social circles that we choose to surround ourselves with. However, it is a very personal choice as to how each one of us chooses to go about this path. My strong belief in this basic aspect of life gave birth to Covenant Intuition Center.

Landstrom Center is a private practice that provides neuropsychological and related services. Landstrom Center was founded in 2015 by Dr. Matthew Landstrom with a goal of bringing together a team of clinical professionals who are committed and enthusiastic about data-driven and evidence-based approaches. This goal was grounded in Dr. Landstrom’s unique approach to treatment, "Test first, no questions later!", which fully utilizes comprehensive diagnostic evaluations in order to provide the best and most individualized services, treatments, and resources for each patient.

I am here to walk the journey alongside you. Life presents many challenges and adapting to a new "normal" is hard and perception can be glum. It feels like your sense of direction is confusing and uncertain. Relationships have lost their meaning, abundance and joy feel unattainable, and support stands at too far a distance for you to feel grounded in love and security.

Our life's work is helping clients achieve a better sense of self and happiness...more recently we've recognized that without good mental health providers, finding this balance in life can be more difficult and stressful. As a result, we tend toward an Integrative approach and help our clients transform into the people they want to be. We see each client as an individual with many parts to their identity. Utilizing a holistic and systemic approach we help clients reintegrate the parts of themselves to function better as individuals and within their systems. Our focus tends toward a systems based approach using behavior methods.

My outlook on life is that we are all on a journey. Some people move faster than others. Some need a helping hand along the way; but we can all arrive to where we are going, where we want to be…every single one of us. I am here to help motivate when you lack motivation. I am here to listen when you feel unheard. I am here to push when you feel weak, or pull when you don’t feel strong enough. I’m also here to sit with you when you aren’t ready or feel unable to make a decision. I am here at your pace.

I'm a psychologist who's caring and direct. I use compassion, wisdom and humor to help clients understand and deal with problems in a way that's respectful and honors their unique situation. My style is grounded in the belief that promoting an individual's innate desire and ability to move forward in life is the key to progress in therapy.
