At Innovative Counseling Partners, we are passionate about helping individuals and families achieve greater emotional balance, personal growth, and lasting change. Our life's work is guiding clients toward a better sense of self, happiness, and resilience, especially during times of stress or transition. Our therapy style is supportive, direct, and empowering. We work collaboratively with clients of all ages from children and teens to adults and families and tailor our methods to each person's unique needs and goals. We accept most private insurance!
We take an integrative and holistic approach to therapy, combining techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma. We help clients reintegrate different parts of their identity to improve how they function both individually and within their relationships.
We have been trained to work with a variety of issues-Depression, Anger, Anxiety (group and individual formats), Bipolar disorder, Trauma, Child and Adolescent work (males and females), Sexual Abuse, Play Therapy, Family therapy, Cultural issues (adapting to the western culture), and Gay/Lesbian family issues.
