I have specialities in working with individuals who have issues related to abuse and trauma as well as behavioral disorders. I utilize several different treatment modalities and strive to meet the needs of each individual client. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of counseling experience. I have counseled hundreds of adults and adolescents who are in need of assistance coping through a life crisis or change, as well as clients who suffer from Major Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Personality Disorders or Addictions. It can be difficult to ask for support, especially when you aren't sure how it all works. I will work with you to create a treatment plan that makes sense to you and meets your unique goals. I believe in creating a comfortable and safe space where patients can feel free to be their authentic selves. I value establishing a strong therapeutic rapport and working together to develop a ‘roadmap’ for change. I use both verbal and creative treatment approaches for patients to best express themselves, whichever method feels right to them.

Rebecca Ebben, LPC, uses both art and talk therapy to treat adolescents and adults with mood disorders, anxiety, substance abuse, life transitions, LGBTQI+ issues, and more. In therapy, Rebecca takes a person-centered approach and considers the client to be the expert in their own life when identifying issues and developing treatment goals. She practices trauma-informed care and is passionate about harm reduction in regards to substance use treatment. Rebecca earned an MA from Adler University with a focus on counseling and art therapy. Her approach draws on Motivational Interviewing, CBT and DBT modalities.

I am a trauma-informed, social justice-based Relationship and Family Therapist specializing in sex therapy. I have contributed to the sexual health field for a decade through research, advocacy, and education. This culminated in a sex therapy certificate at Adler University which allows me to systemically work with a variety of sexual identities. I have experience working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and TGNC individuals and partnerships, including kink, polyamory, or CNM. Rekindling sexual intimacy, pre-orgasmic individuals, those healing through trauma, and those redefining their relationship outlook are also passions.

As a marriage and family therapist, I believe that all work is relational in some capacity, and that relationships will be addressed even when seeing clients individually. I work with individuals, couples, and families through a collaborative lens, partnering with my clients to determine what works best for them in therapy. My approach is warm and empathic, understanding that everyone's experience is unique to them, and that my clients are doing the best they can with what they have.

Sometimes the ground beneath your feet disappears, and you feel like you’re looking down on yourself moving through life. Other times, you may feel so isolated like nobody else understands you.
