I have high levels of competence ranging from behavioral/conduct issues, adjustment disorders, high functioning Autism, blended family/divorce issues, ADHD, self esteem issues, relational aggression/bullying, anxiety, depression, Bipolar and other mood disorders, personality disorders, substance abuse, marital issues/relational issues, life transition and a myriad of other complex challenges.

I work across the age-span, from young children in play therapy, teenagers planning for graduation, college students grasping to stay focused, young women adjusting to motherhood, and older adults seeking more peace in their lives. I am curious about people’s perspectives and how we can shift our thoughts to feel better. I aim to be a supportive guide, with clear communication and professional boundaries. I enjoy helping other people to become assertive. I have worked with many trauma survivors.

He is devoted to meeting the needs of people with personal and work-related crisis. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in a private practice setting. I want to provide support and guidance in a safe place for clients to heal and grow while setting goals and working towards those goals. I work from a Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach to help you better understand the way your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are intertwined. I want to help clients gain insight and coping skills to create change and self acceptance.

I specialize in adult/teen depression, anxiety, ADHD and relationship/family issues. Response time 24 business hours to calls or emails. My first priority is to understand you as a person. If you are feeling hesitant about therapy, understand that this is normal: letting another person into your private space can be frightening. I am passionate in working with relational issues, either when helping individuals or couples and families. I believe that our relationships have an essential impact on our well-being. I am yet to hear a client or a friend or a family member talk about distress that is not somehow associated to a relational issue... Aren't we all longing to belong and to find safety and security in the arms of our loved ones (partners, parents or very dear friends that are like family)? And yet, these are precisely the people that can hurt us the most.
