I understand that opening up about your most intimate struggles can feel daunting, and I truly appreciate the courage it takes to share your experiences. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s no longer serving you. Working together can be empowering, helping you gain self-awareness and make meaningful changes. We’ll look at the patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may be holding you back from reaching your full potential.

Life can bring great challenges, and also incredible joys. Sometimes the challenges can feel overwhelming. In difficult times, it's critical to create a solid emotional foundation to allow you identify your path. My goal as a clinician is to restore balance when you are struggling with tough emotions, or a difficult situation. I believe that as with physical pain, emotional pain is a clear message that something in your life needs attending to. By taking time to reflect and heal, you can regain a sense of clarity, purpose and peace.

It’s not perfect enough! This project isn’t coming out just right after spending hours on it. It’s late, and you’re confused and exhausted, so you make another cup of coffee. What’s worse is that there is a little voice in the back of your mind that sounds like your dad. It’s telling you that you didn’t try hard enough and that you’re letting down God. You can’t forget the time when you had a question about God being all good and all knowing. Then there was the time he yelled at you when your brother was making a mess. You have to be the best and can’t ask questions, so that maybe he will be proud of you.

You’ve done the work already—books, podcasts, maybe even therapy. Yet something still isn’t clicking. The same patterns show up: disconnection from yourself, tension in relationships, overthinking, self-sabotage, or the sense you’re not fully living the life you’re capable of. Anxiety, trauma, sexuality or identity questions, OCD, ADHD, autism, and shame can keep these cycles going. At Noble Path Counseling we do deeper work—helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and offering concrete guidance to shift those patterns for good. No Bandaids – Real Healing. Call, text, or email to connect.

Navigating life's set backs, challenges, and adversities can absolutely take a toll on our wellbeing and ability to function, which is why it is important to know that you do not have to work through these concerns alone. I believe in the power of healing through promoting self-awareness, radical self-love, autonomy and empowerment, and also in people's strength to move towards change. Though suffering is a part of life, it's something that all humans share, working to manifest helpful and sustainable coping mechanisms, and skills that will work to serve you long term and make a difference in your quality of life.

I work with adults facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, panic, OCD, re-entering society post-incarceration, and the lingering effects of trauma and abuse. I’m also drawn to work that explores identity, existential questions, and the parts of us we struggle to understand. My style is highly collaborative and tailored to making sense of what’s beneath the surface, whether that’s naming patterns, sitting difficult emotions, or laughing together at the absurdity of being human. Healing isn’t linear and we’ll move at your pace, offering a space to be honest, messy, and real - where your story is never too much.

I have advanced training in Exposure and Response Prevention ( ERP) to treat OCD.
Stressed with- gestures broadly at world- all of this? We're coping with dark humor over here. I specialize in OCD and anxiety, but feel free to bring whatever you got. I enjoy working with all letters of the LGBT+ community and I strive to provide trans-affirming care. I value your right to privacy and security; I do not use AI in my practice or documentation. My goal is to give you a safe and nonjudgmental space to bring whatever you've got going on, help you make sense of it, and learn how to cope. The horrors may persist, but so do we.

When it comes to wellbeing, I think of community, creativity, play, curiosity, and integrity. Through a decolonization framework, my approach is guided by context and connection, and recognizing how we relate to ourselves, each other, and the world around us. I strive to promote self-awareness, self-agency, and transformation, while walking alongside clients with a gentle nudge. We can find the right pace for building physical and emotional safety, to feel grounded and present. When supporting individuals with some heavy realities, I also see the importance of sharing moments of lightness and humor while building together.

Something's gotten in the way of the life you want to be living. Maybe it's OCD ; the relentless loop of doubt, the "what ifs," the exhausting rituals. Maybe it's trauma that lives in your body long after the events have passed. Maybe it's the particular kind of depletion that comes from being the person everyone else leans on. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to navigate it alone. My approach is rooted in collaboration, honoring your strengths and nurturing the connections already within you.

The basis of an ideal client in my lens does not have a select issue. Everyone has their life challenges and emotional weight they carry with them. In the end, what I want for my clients is a common goal to be the best version of themselves they can be while being open-minded in facing tasks related to that goal. Whether it is an interpersonal relationship problem, anxiety, substance abuse, etc, the goal is to aim for success in being the best version of one's ideal self they can be. That common ideal goal is what I aim for with every client I work with.

I'm certified in ERP and Trauma-Focused CBT and draw from DBT, ACT, and more — always choosing what fits you, not a protocol.
Something brought you here — maybe anxiety that won't quiet down, ADHD that makes simple days feel like sprinting through mud, or something you haven't fully let yourself sit with yet. Whatever it is, you don't have to keep figuring it out alone. I work with adults, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, and trauma — often all three at once. My approach is collaborative and curious: I'm genuinely interested in how you got here and what a better version of your daily life looks like for you. I'm warm and direct — I'll be honest with you, and I'll work with you, not just for you.
