Therapy takes courage, and you don't have to navigate it alone. I seek to meet you where you are, provide structure as needed, and create an environment where learning practical tools and meaningful reflection can happen. The route to feeling wholly yourself includes an emphasis on strengths, self-compassion, and the relationship between your mind and body.
Supporting emerging adults and adults of diverse populations is the cornerstone of my work. Therapy sessions can be accessed across Florida, Illinois, Indiana, and Oklahoma virtually.
Focus areas include Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Tics/Tourette's and Trauma/PTSD. To best meet the needs of each individual, I use evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), ACT, Prolonged Exposure for PTSD, and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
My goal is to provide a non-judgmental environment where you can explore behaviors, thoughts, and emotions. I take a direct, honest approach and will challenge you to confront difficult patterns and step outside your comfort zone. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and am committed to creating a space where you feel heard, respected.
