Sarah is a warmhearted and attentive therapist who is curious about your individual experiences and looks to identify your strengths so you can feel empowered and encouraged to overcome challenges. She has over 10 years of clinical experience and specializes in working with children. Through play therapy, she has experience helping children to overcome symptoms related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger/aggression, compulsive behaviors such as skin picking or hair pulling, sexual abuse, family conflict, and more.

It may feel impossible to overcome challenges that leave us feeling broken, scared, uncertain or confused. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed to practice in several states. I have experience working in a variety of mental health settings and have found peace as an outpatient therapist. I have experience as a therapist in outpatient mental health clinics, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, cancer treatment facilities, substance abuse treatment centers and schools. With 10 years of serving both individuals and family systems, I have addressed a vast array of symptoms related to mental health concerns. I tend to focus on the whole body and its connections.
