My Teletherapy Practice is accepting new clients in HIPPA secured sessions. I believe it takes courage to sort out life's problems, and a helping hand can make it more manageable. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and also a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). I provide services to Individuals, and Couples including: Substance Abuse, Marriage Counseling, Grief Counseling, Aging issues, Anxiety and Stress, Low Self-Esteem, Shame and Sexual Abuse issues.

When living during this phase called "Life" we go through many challenges, changes, and life adjustments that we do not expect to experience. We undergo unexpected life experiences that can determine and shape different methods in navigating the world in which we live. The multitude of complex challenges can mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually disrupt our daily lives.

We all have places in our lives where we have been or are currently hurting. This place is our Soul; {psuche}; the heart, the feelings, the will, the intellect, the center of one's being. Therapy is designed to heal and make whole those places that are broken, wounded, hurt or damaged or to keep us strong in our places of victory. To become whole we all need to do the SoulWork. My client population includes children, adolescents and adults. I work with individuals as well as families. I facilitate numerous groups and skills training curriculum in various topics including adolescent first offenders, anger management, divorce and separation, parenting, and teen issues.

With a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Counseling, I believe in the work of this field. Whether this includes group therapy, addiction psychoeducation, or pre-marital counseling, it is my honor to walk with you as you seek to recover or grow.
