If you find yourself feeling alone, having negative thoughts, feeling different from others, and as though those close to you do not understand what you are going through, know that it is normal to have these feelings at times, but understanding them and exploring them is pivotal in order to find healing.
I can help. I have worked with people of all ages experiencing multiple life challenges. Some of my specialty areas include: trauma, grief and loss, substance use, anxiety, and depression. I am an EMDRIA approved EMDR therapist. I am a firm believer that we can heal ourselves when we have the right people and the knowledge to guide us.
Our past sometimes keeps us from living healthy lives with our loved ones, our friends, and our family. Perhaps you are feeling lost as you navigate a crisis, grief, or a life transition. I'm ready to help you through the healing process. I'm usually in the office Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. (CST). I'm also available for online/telehealth sessions.
