Often this is bundled w/depression, anxiety, panic & PTSD. In addition to your own stressors, maybe you also care for a loved one w/a disability or illness. When it's all too much, when our symptoms & stressors push us toward our window of tolerance or decrease feelings of self worth, I'm here for you.

I believe change is always possible and, in my practice, I focus on helping the clients find their way toward their best selves. Whether it's depression, substance use, or relationship issues, there is always something that can be done to improve our lives. My work is primarily from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy model, with some influence by Emotionally Focused Therapy and with insights from dynamic approaches where appropriate.
