I offer a personalized approach that blends deep insight and practical strategies. I've been a counselor for 23+ years in Houston, having worked in private practice, with employee assistance (EAP), hospitals, hospice, county health and crisis intervention. I have been a teletherapist online many years. My ideal client is an adult individual (18+) who have hit a "bump on the road" of life and require an experienced therapist to create lasting change.

My specialities include Depression/Anxiety, Adult ADD/ADHD, Trauma, Grief, improving motivation and productivity. I often work with Caregivers of ill/elderly family. I am a highly trained Cognitive-Behavioral, Trauma-Informed, Mindfulness based therapist. I am Solution-Focused and also implement Somatic techniques. Licensed in Texas, Florida, and Arizona.

I think teletherapy can be as effective as in-person therapy, and I have practiced this way for the past 7 years, as well as seeing some clients in my home office. I specialize in Adults with ADHD/ADD and also with Adults who have experienced Trauma. I also enjoy working with recent graduates, young professionals and entrepreneurs.
