My specialities include Depression/Anxiety, Adult ADD/ADHD, improving motivation and productivity. I am a highly trained Cognitive-Behavioral, Trauma-Informed, Mindfulness based therapist. I am Solution-Focused and also implement Somatic techniques. Licensed in Texas, Florida, and Arizona.
I think teletherapy can be as effective as in-person therapy, and I have practiced this way for the past 5 years, as well as seeing some clients in my home office. I specialize in Adults with ADHD/ADD and also with Adults who have experienced Trauma. I also enjoy working with Seniors.
